Posted July 08, 2019 12:32:16 A glass jar with the slogan “glass jars” has been making the rounds in the US, with US consumers complaining that the material is not very easy to work with and that it is very hard to clean.
Australian consumers have a slightly different take on the subject.
“I don’t think I can get past the packaging, I think it’s just kind of gross,” one glass jar enthusiast told ABC News.
“They’re not glass, they’re jars with plastic on top,” said another.
But there are many other problems with glass jars.
While they are easy to use, they are often expensive and do not have the same shelf life as glass bottles, and are generally not recyclable.
In many cases, they do not even have the quality control of glass bottles.
A few weeks ago, glass jars with the words “beads” and “biscuits” were the most popular item on a glass jar auction site.
But the items were selling for just under $150,000.
While the glass jar has gone on to become a favourite with consumers in the United States, the US has yet to become the world’s top glass producer.
The US has produced more than 4.4 million tonnes of glass in the past decade, according to US Census Bureau figures.
The Australian Government estimates that the country produces about 300 million glass jars annually.
The glass industry in Australia has long been plagued by manufacturing problems.
According to a report published in 2014 by the Glass and Glass Industry Association of Australia (GLIA), Australian manufacturers have a range of manufacturing issues, from poor quality control to quality control errors.
The report highlighted the lack of standardisation of manufacturing processes and equipment and noted that Australia does not currently have a standard manufacturing method to control emissions from products that contain plastic.
While there are a few products made from glass, there is little consistency and consistency is a concern for consumers, according a GLIA spokesperson.
The industry is trying to address the issues and is in the process of developing a “glass jar guide” which it says will help consumers understand the differences between glass and glass jar products.
One of the first major changes is the introduction of a new logo for glass jars, a change that is now expected to be implemented by mid-2018.
This logo is a mixture of glass, yellow, blue, green and white.
“We’re aiming for a new look for glass jars in 2018 that will help us sell our glass jars to the consumers who are the target market,” GLIA CEO Greg Clark said.
“Glass is a product that we all have a responsibility to produce, but it’s also one of the hardest products to clean, it’s a product for which we have to be very, very careful.”
